 Q1. Could I have a sample order for testing?

   A: Of course, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

 Q2. What about the lead time?

   A:Sample needs 2-3 days, If order massive quantity ,it take around 1 month.  

 Q3. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

   A: We usually ship by SEA, TRAIN, AIR or Express ,Normally, DHL just take 4~7 working days.

 Q4. Could you do OEM,ODM ?  

   A: Sure, We will print your logo and stick for you. If have drawing,  we will discuss with our engineer for production . Order quantity more,free customised expense.

 Q5: How to guarantee for the products?

 A:Check the sample before order more or ask your friend or agency,come to our factory for check..

 Q6: How to deal with the faulty?

   A: Under the normal usage, it have problem .we need your photos and video to check through .After confirmation,we will provide spare part to repair or compensate at next order.
